Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

When booking a Foula trip you are booking a four day window to allow for weather. For example if you book a Tuesday leave the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday free until closer to the date and we have a reasonably accurate forecast. If we can’t put on a trip for you in those four days we will refund your booking in full.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. contact us on +44 1595 859201 to arrange repayment to your card

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, A full refund if cancelled with >28 days notice, 50% refund if cancelled with>14 days notice:

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
